Spanjaard T-Cutting Fluid 5L

Spanjaard  ‘T’  Cutting  Fluid  is  an  extreme  pressure  metal  working  fluid,  used  undiluted  in  a  variety of machining operations on any metal and  most plastics.  Available also in an aerosol.

APPLICATION:

• Spanjaard  ‘T’  Cutting  Fluid was  developed  for  extremely  difficult  machining,  reaming,  tapping,  drilling,  broaching  and  thread  cutting  operations.

• It  will  give  outstanding  performance  when  machining  materials  like  armour  plate,  special  stainless steels, normal steels and  yellow metals.

• Prolongs  tool  and  die  life  by  reducing  friction  at  low  speeds  and  preventing  welding  at  high  speeds.

• Feel the difference on small tap threads:-  M4-M6.

HANDLING & STORAGE:

• Store  under  cover  with  lid  closed.  Keep  out  of
  reach  of  children.

• If  swallowed,  do  not  induce vomiting.  Seek medical help.

• Aerosol pressurised  container.

• Keep  away  from open  flame  or  incandescent material.

• Protect  can  from  sunlight  and  do  not  expose  to  temperatures  exceeding 50°.

• Do not pierce or burn after use.
