History and Facility

Elcarbo started as a family business in Johannesburg in 1991.  Elcarbo Cape Town was founded in 1999 and grew from a humble start of 5 employees to a Head Office facility boasting more than 30 employees and 600sqm of warehousing.  Today Elcarbo has a branch in George and representation in Gauteng.

Elcarbo runs a real time state-of-the-art ERP system which allow data acquisition and reporting to monitor cost efficacy of processes and buying patterns as well as maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure our high level service delivery.

We bring you a bespoke range of engineering consumables that has been proven to  supercede the demands of modern day manufacturing.

Through associations with world class brands, we’ve formed partnerships with our customers to ensure that the process is cost-effective, the product selection and application are correct and productivity is increased.

We continue to nurture our quest for the best in technology and service. Because we’re continually bettering the Elcarbo tradition of not only product excellence and technological reliability, but also market place consistency.
