Spanjaard Wire Rope Dressing 1345 15kg

A specially developed, semi-synthetic, Wire Rope Dressing, which contains solid lubricants, extreme pressure, anti-fretting, anti- corrosion additives and resists displacement by high load pressures and water.

APPLICATIONS:

• Developed for Wire Ropes in mining, marine, earth moving as well as industrial equipment.
• Penetrates deep into the core of the rope ensuring protection.
• Lubrication of the wire strands against fretting.
• Contains Molybdenum Disulphide and other solid lubricants.
• Withstands static pressures of 2750 Mpa.
• Under boundary conditions, this ensures that metal to metal contact is minimized and rope life extended.
• Protects against water, backfill plus other contaminants, which accelerate deterioration due to rust and wear.

HANDLING & STORAGE:

• Prevent ingress of water into product.
• Use protective handling equipment if continuous contact with the product is envisaged.
