- 18V LXT BL Brushless Cordless 50 cm (19-3/4″) Pole Hedge Trimmer
- Lightweight for reduced operator fatigue
- Optimum curved blade for smooth cutting; New triple-edged cutting teeth are designed to easily catch and firmly hold twigs, also featuring excellent sharpness; Curved blades reduce friction resistance to suppress energy loss
- BL motor delivers 4,400 SPM for faster cutting
- BL motor with high power to weight and size ratio
- BL motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the BL motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life
- BL motor is electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for longer run time per charge
- 3-speed (High: 4,400, Medium: 3,600, Low: 2,000 SPM) design for optimum speed control
- Reverse rotation system frees the blade when it is jammed by thick branches
- Constant speed control maintains constant speed under load
- Electric brake for increased productivity and operator safety
- Angle adjustable hedge trimmer head; 45° tilt-up to 70° tilt-down from the horizontal position; Can be folded in the 180° position for easy transport and storage; Built-in clutch works to stop the blade motion even if the throttle lever is touched during folding operation; 6 angle settings (45°, 22.5°, 0°, -22.5°, -45°, -70°); The angle of hedge trimmer head can be changed simply by operating a lever
- End guard (Blade tip guard) protects blade from unnecessary wear
- Soft grip provides comfortable and sure grip
- Shoulder harness can be attached
- Main power switch automatically turns off for user protection under certain conditions
- Battery protection circuit protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating
